Hollybrook is the perfect location to host small bespoke weddings and special private events up to 22 guests.
The Homestead and Dairy cottage present modern facilities and amenities in a classic setting, featuring decorative high ceilings, cosy fireplaces, and most bedrooms have french doors that open to a wide wrap-around verandah.
Combined the houses can accommodate your personal group of up to 10 people.
Guests will be welcomed to the large entertaining deck where the ceremony or festivities will take place. The spacious deck has plenty of room for nuptials, speeches and entertainment, and a large pergola provides a spacious area for dining and dancing.
Hollybrook is a private historic farm located in the Hunter Valley. We welcome our guests to enjoy the natural beauty and surroundings, exclusive to your wedding party. When you book your Celebration at Hollybrook, you are exclusively the only guests on the property, besides the caretakers.

When you book an event with us, you will have the entire property to yourself, only the property caretakers will remain on-site during your stay (at a separate location). Hollybrook has it’s own private valley in the beautiful Hunter Valley Region, giving you full privacy and serenity for your event.
