Coronavirus Booking Information

**IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS BOOKING INFORMATION***

In the interest of the health and safety of all our guests, we’re asking everyone to answer the following questions before they book: 

     1. In the last two weeks, have you or anyone you live with travelled to any areas that have been impacted by the coronavirus?

     2. Have you been diagnosed with, or suspect that you have contracted, the coronavirus?

      3. Do you currently have any travel restrictions in your area due to the coronavirus?”  

If so, we may need to cancel your booking.  Please see the Airbnb guidelines for travellers for further information. 

 Here at Hollybrook we are taking the current coronavirus (COVID-19) impact seriously and are taking every precaution to protect ourselves and our guests and provide a clean, stress-free and comfortable stay.  

 Here is what we are proactively doing to make your stay safe and give you peace of mind:

- Check-in:  We love to greet our guests and orientate you to the Cottage, however, if you prefer to self-check-in, we can give you written directions to the cottage and an information sheet is provided to self-walk you through everything you need to know.   We are available by phone to answer any questions.

- All surfaces throughout are washed and cleaned with antibacterial cleaners.   All kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and pans are washed at high temperatures between bookings. We have just acquired certification in Infection Control Training - COVID 19 which complies with Department of Health. 

- We provide each guest with individual soap, hand towel, towels and facecloth. All towels, linens and bedding are professionally washed between bookings.  

- The Kitchen has washing liquid, antibacterial wipes and paper towel. Each bedroom has tissues available.
